কি করে বানাবেন

১. ১% সলিউশন বানাতে ১লিটার জল মেপে নিয়ে ওতে ১০ গ্রাম ব্লিচিং পাউডার মেশাতে হবে। ওজন করার মেশিন না থাকলে সাধারণ সাইজের দেশলাইয়ের বাক্সে কানায় কানায় ভর্তি করে  ব্লিচিং পাউডার নিয়ে  জলে ভালো করে মেশাতে হবে। সেটা তারপরে কাপড়ে ছেকে নিয়ে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। আর কোন জল মিশিয়ে এটাকে হালকা করা যাবে না। যতটা দরকার সেই পরিমাণে জল নিয়ে সলিউশন বানাতে হবে।

২. ০.৫% বানাতে ১ লিটার এর জায়গায় ২ লিটার জল নিতে হবে।

কোথায় কি ব্যবহার করবেন

১. ঘর মোছার সময়, দরজার হাতলে, বারান্দা সিঁড়ির রেলিং এ, টেবিল চেয়ার ইত্যাদি ওপরে ১% সলিউশন দিয়ে মোছা বা স্প্রে করে দেয়া যেতে পারে। বাইরে থেকে আসা জুতো ছাতা লাঠি ইত্যাদি এভাবে শুদ্ধ করা যায়।

২. বাইরে থেকে যা যা জিনিস কেনা হবে তার ওপরে ০.৫% সলিউশন স্প্রে করে ছড়িয়ে দিলে নিরাপদ হবে। অথবা ঘরের বাইরের দিকে কোন জায়গায় জিনিসগুলো একদিন বা দুদিন রেখে দেয়া যেতে পারে। শাকসবজি ফলমূল সাবান জলে ধুয়ে শুকিয়ে নেয়া যেতে পারে অথবা ০.৫% স্প্রে করে মুছে নেওয়া

 যেতে পারে।

৩. বাইরে থেকে এসে মুখের মাস্ক জামা কাপড়ের সঙ্গে সাবান জলে ধুয়ে নেয়াটাই সবচেয়ে সুবিধাজনক। মাছ অবশ্য ০.৫% সলিউশনে 30 মিনিট ডুবিয়ে শুদ্ধ করা যায়। তবে রঙিন কাপড়ের রং ফিকে হয়ে যাবে ।

*** এই সলিউশন ১.৫ দিনে আবার নতুন বানাতে হবে,এর বেশী সময় এটা কাজের থাকে না, এর মধ্যে ক্লোরিন  এর মাত্রা  কমে যায় l

Operational guide lines for intercepting points in ingress and egress  

1. Main gait
   1. All incoming traffic delivery received by security guards and resident can wait there receive articles or materials store there in one roofed space of box or a covering material can be used to keep them covered.
   2. Materials may be delivered by the guards with proper protection with mask, face shield , cap and gloves or residents can collect it from the gate after being informed.
   3.  All are to avoid the contact of the delivered boxes or packs including food items except the resident recipient or delivering guards
   4. No one, resident or guest are to open the gate by their own hands to avoid touch except the on -duty security man.
   5. Guests may be allowed to go in after hand wash/sanitisation,  temperature screening
   6. A working laser thermometer should be there in the gait for screening the outsiders
2. Lifts
   1. Lift use may be avoided, unless in demanding situation like for ill, aged and small children.
   2. Use mask during the use of lifts
3. Individual flat at door and inside
   1. Outsides for the service like service technicians plumbers etc essential personels can be allowed after sanitising hands without shoes and with minimum instruments to  be carried inside leaving others outside. Wearning mask is must for attending host and the visiting worker.
   2. The area of work and material carried by him/her should be sanitised with Hypochlorite solution.
   3. Every flat should have at least 0.5% hypochlorite solution
   4. After entrance door inside the flat an area is marked or open storing shelf is arranged to quarantine all the material bought from the marked including vegetables, stationary, confectionary, grocer items for at least 8-10 hours where contact is avoided including children. All incoming materials can be immediately sanitised with spraying 0.5% hypochlorite solution
   5. Freezing items may be stored immediately after washing.
   6. All entering inside the flat should wash hands and outer dress including mask cap and eye glasses with soap water.
   7. Shoes are to be left out at the entry door preferably outside may be on a mat wet with 1% hypochlorite solution.
   8. Floor inside and surfaces like table tops chair seats handles etc. should be wiped with 0.5% hypochlorite solution corridors or materials quarantine area should be cleaned daily with 1% hypochlorite solution.
   9. In the kitchen working person should use mask to avoid touching face during work. After every work round in kitchen hand should be washed or sanitised.

1. House-keeping
   1. House keeping persons must use proper safety equipment essentially gloves, mask and cap
   2. Garbage disposal should be done in closed container.
   3. Garbage bags should not be allowed to open at the final bins and whole of  the bag should be disposed off
   4. During disposing the materials from the COVID affected flats and rooms one should wear 2nd level PPE. And it should be done separately and kept in another fresh garbage bag by the housekeeping personnel.
   5. Spraying or fogging of area including lifts should be done daily basis with -0.5 % hypochlorite solution preferably in the morning.
   6. All the floor area should be cleaned with 1% hypochlorite solution
2. Maintainance
   1. Service man for electrical plumbing air-conditioning chimney etc.  should work inside the flat with mask face shield and enter inside after sanitising hands and  Should carry minimum equipment inside. Avoid repeated entry.
   2. Working area should be sanitised with Hypochlorite solution after the work is finished.
3. Maid
   1. Individual resident can decide on this provided a dress changing  and a hand wash upto elbow is ensured at the entry and then at the flat.
   2. Dress from outside for the maids needs to be changed needs to be working with one from inside the flat/ complex.  A room or curtained area can be arranged down stairs to change the dresses of the maids attending daily.
   3. Full time help can  go like the residents.
   4. All are screened at the main gate for temperature
4. Guests
   1. Individual flat occupant is to decide  the entry on the merit of risk benefit ratio.
   2. Should be screened for temperature at the gait, wear mask and  wash/ sanitise hands. Preferably avoid lift unless compelled by condition like residents.
5. PPE use
   1. PPE – personal protection equipment includes mask cap face shield gloves and a suit.
   2. First level means using mask cap gloves and faceshild. 2nd level means using the overall suit over the 1st level
   3. All can use first level only in the area of high contamination like fornt gate, housekeeping service.
   4. 2nd level required only in disposing waste from COVID affected flat.
   5. Exact use by requirement is essential as unnecessary use can make a person ill by disturbing water salt electrolyte balance in our body.
6. Hypochlorite solution
   1. Ready made solution is not preferred as  the chlorine content in the solution which is the key to kill the germs gets lowered if the solution is kept for long. Effective quality lasts for only 1.5 days. So it should be prepared just before use.
   2. How to prepare? 10 g bleaching powder is put in 2 liters of water for 0.5% solution and for 1% solution one needs to take 1 liter of water. For practical purpose we can take one matchbox tray full of powder which is approximately 11 g in 1 liter of water for 1% solution double the water to make a 0.5% solution.
7. General point in personal habit
   1. Wear a proper mask so that one can cover the nose and mouth all the time one is in public and with any company. Removing mask repeatedly is worse than not wearning it
   2. Cap can be used in public places or avoid putting hands on head. Males cam wash hair but females with long hair needs to use it as it can help in avoiding repeated drying of long hair.
   3. Visiting flat in the complex should be avoided to maintain physical  distancing. Social distance is to be minimised by using other means like phone in tercom etc.
