The terms on which painstoparc.org makes this website available, including what an appointment request does and does not commit either of us to.
Using this website
By browsing this site you accept the terms set out here. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms may change; the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
This site is not medical advice
Everything published here — articles, symptom guides, frequently asked questions, the chat assistant — is general information. It is not a diagnosis, it is not a treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for being examined by a clinician who can see you.
Never delay seeking medical help because of something you read here. If your symptoms are severe, sudden, or worsening, contact emergency services or go to your nearest hospital.
Appointment requests
- Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment exists once our staff have contacted you and confirmed it.
- Please give accurate details. We cannot confirm an appointment against a phone number that does not reach you.
- Consultation fees, where shown, are indicative. Procedures, investigations and follow-up are charged separately and will be explained to you.
- If you cannot attend, tell us as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else.
- We may need to move or cancel an appointment — clinical emergencies come first. We will contact you if that happens.
Telemedicine consultations
Remote consultations suit some problems and not others. A clinician may decide during a video consultation that you need to be examined in person, and will tell you so. Telemedicine here follows the applicable national guidelines for practitioners. A stable internet connection is your side of the arrangement; we cannot be responsible for a consultation interrupted by your connection.
Gym membership
Where you join the gym, the plan you choose, its duration and its fee are as recorded on your membership at the time you join. Fees are payable in advance. Train within what your condition allows and tell our staff about any condition or medication that affects it — that is what keeps the programme safe.
Content on this site
The text, images, layout and design of this site belong to painstoparc.org or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own personal or clinical reference. Republishing our content commercially, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted without our written agreement.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, it is because we thought it would help. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website itself — for example from relying on general information here instead of obtaining advice for your own situation. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the care we actually provide to you, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
